“Beautiful property. However the beds had not been changed. So we were expected to sleep on dirty bedding. Which we opted to sleep on the couch instead, for the whole 4 days. The property manager(s) were not available for not one issue we experienced. I constantly had to contact Expedia, and they were unsuccessful reaching them as well. There was construction going on in the driveway and outside of the house. Should not have even rented the home during that time. It was noisy and annoying. The……

“Very clean, the accommodations were nice, especially the beach buggy, chairs and towels. The walk to the beach was very short and there are plenty of places to eat, including Another Broken Egg, which was our favorite for breakfast. If you are here for the Mayo Clinic, it’s only 10-15 minutes away by car. The host was very accessible and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Excellent condo! It was brand newly furnished and remodeled, including all the bathrooms and kitchen! The condo was spacious and a really nice layout with an open concept design w kitchen open to dining area and living room. Then there was a great sunroom which they have set up as a game room. Perfect for adults and great space for kids of all ages, as it’s right off living room but a spacious and separate space. All furniture was new and comfortable and they even had nice touches of things……

“Only one block from the beach with plenty of parking. Very clean unit and two very nice bedrooms. Perfect for a holiday spot, and convenient to lots of restaurants. Property manager was very communicative and instructions for access were spot on. Would highly recommend.”

“The house is not really well maintained. The back sliding door doesn't lock; so a wooden board was used to lock it. We had to replace a shower curtain; because it was too dirty to even clean. Not really a vacation spot. We needed the house simply to visit family in the area. The owner is nice enough; and even agreed to credit us funds for our inconvenience. ”
