「Very clean and thoughtful small details such as coffee, snacks, hair ties, & beach gear. The unit was close to the beach and easy to access. Ample parking.」

「Beautiful property. However the beds had not been changed. So we were expected to sleep on dirty bedding. Which we opted to sleep on the couch instead, for the whole 4 days. The property manager(s) were not available for not one issue we experienced. I constantly had to contact Expedia, and they were unsuccessful reaching them as well. There was construction going on in the driveway and outside of the house. Should not have even rented the home during that time. It was noisy and annoying. The...

「The host interaction was fine. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the location can’t be beat. It’s very small. 4 people would have a hard time. The kitchen is workable, but I wouldn’t say ready for prime time. I had trouble with the front door and the lock system, but the day before I left, they changed the batteries and that made all the difference. The backyard is really just the side of the house. 」

「The house is not really well maintained. The back sliding door doesn't lock; so a wooden board was used to lock it. We had to replace a shower curtain; because it was too dirty to even clean. Not really a vacation spot. We needed the house simply to visit family in the area. The owner is nice enough; and even agreed to credit us funds for our inconvenience. 」
