“The house is not really well maintained. The back sliding door doesn't lock; so a wooden board was used to lock it. We had to replace a shower curtain; because it was too dirty to even clean. Not really a vacation spot. We needed the house simply to visit family in the area. The owner is nice enough; and even agreed to credit us funds for our inconvenience. ”

“This property is located conveniently next to the porpoise point ramp on vilano beach. There are plenty of restaurants near by and it is just a stones throw away from downtown st Augustine and st Augustine beach. The property is appointed with everything you need for a weekend stay. “We would stay here again in a heartbeat! This condo was incredibly clean and very spacious for all 5 of us. Also appeared to be recently updated with a really big living area, kitchen, and nice appliances which was great. We love vacationing around here but it’s typically so hard to find a rental in this area that’s this updated, well kept, and still such a great value.The location was perfect and felt very safe.
