“Amazing house for a short weekend away with friends. We came for Easter weekend with a large group of 19 people. We ordered pizzas from the local pizza restaurant under David’s recommendation which made cooking easier and were great pizzas that arrived nice and hot. We did spot a mouse in one of the rooms however but as people who live in the rural countryside ourselves, it’s expected in these types of properties. Overall great stay and lovely facilities- amazing hot tub and we loved the outside……

“We have a lovely stay at the end of August. The house is very comfortable and there was easily enough space for 8 of us and three dogs! The location is perfect for exploring the north Somerset coast and Exmoor, and having the hot tub to come home to each evening was an added bonus, and also the table tennis table, which we all enjoyed. Jane was very responsive if we had any queries and we were even able to check out late since no one else was coming that day. Would highly recommend for group……

“Fabulous large property for a large group, lovely gardens, tennis court and surrounding fields with sheep, very peaceful. Large bedrooms, comfy beds. Bathrooms need to be updated with showers and property felt a little "tired" We all had a great time and would stay again in the future.”

“This was a lovely property, ideally situated in between Lyme Regis and Charmouth. Could not fault the property at all. A very quiet peaceful location which we will visit again. The SW coast path lies just behind the property, but dont worry if you end up on a golf course, this is a part of the coast path.”

“Wanted some cheap basic accommodation for 2 nights. Found it eventually after driving through the narrow lanes some of which weren't signposted very well but adds to the fun!. Very neat and cosey and the bed was particularly comfortable. Nicely laid out with some nice touches. Ideal if you want some peace and quiet as it is tucked away at the back of the village in what used to be an old veg garden.”

“Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou”

“Homestead was clean tidy and comfortable, and was well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Definitely recommend. A very short walk into Lyme Regis with all its independent shops, cafes etc. The Town Mill and Lyme Regis Museum are well worth visiting. One thing to note, the parking at Homestead is tight as is mentioned in the description so take care.”

“We had a fabulous few days staying at the lodge. It was perfect for our needs with an excellent kitchen. The hosts, Isobel and William were incredible and very accommodating of our children who wanted to run around a lot in the gardens and in the river too as well as any anything we needed during our stay too. The lodge was clean, tidy, comfortable and ideal for our little family. Great location, close to amenities and beaches but able to come away and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Will look……

“We had a most enjoyable stay at the Hayloft over the Christmas holiday. It started with the a warm welcome and Nanette had put up a Christmas tree for us and brought us round some freshly baked mince pies! The accommodation is well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are all of a good size and nicely decorated and with all the bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms, it made the property well suited to hosting large groups. The main living space is large and well designed for……

“Receptionist brilliant ! We got lost sat nav took us down a dirt track , very helpful! Food awful, fish had been cooked twice tough, ribs hadn’t been cooked properly so mainly fat. Rooms spotless and very reasonably pruced”

“Excellent hotel near the M6 junction. Hotel is clean and well maintained with a large car park. It looks like the hotel was recently refurbished. The room and ensuite bathroom was clean and well maintained. The leisure club has a good sized pool, spa pool and sauna. This is looks newly reburbished. The breakfast is a hot and cold buffet, uite a nice selection of items. Overall, an excellent hotel that I will probably be visiting again when visiting the area. Overall an”
