“I was in Raleigh to cover a couple of college football games and this place more than served my needs. It's a bit small, but with it just being me that was fine. The bed was comfortable, check-in was easy and any question I had Natalia answered quickly. The freeway was nearby so trips into downtown Raleigh were very easy. The only negative I have is that the parking lot got loud at night from people outside talking/yelling. But that is beyond Natalia's control. I would stay here again. ”

“Very clean, nice neighborhood, good outdoor seating, AC keeps it very cold considering it was 100 outside, little snacks and coffee pods, creamer, sugar, etc. Loved everything about it, sad to leave. :)”

“Having lived and worked in the region decades ago we were excited to return. Sandy Haven was perfect for our needs. It was close to every place we wanted to revisit: Raleigh, Garner and Cary. Our host, K, gave perfect directions to a lovely and clean property. We would definitely stay here in the future!”

“The property is small as advertised but fit my daughter and I just fine. It was a great location for the NCAAW games we were there for and everything we did over the 3 days was easily walkable and rideable with the Cardinal bikes. The only downside is thin walls between units but thankfully it neighbors must've been gone the first 2 nights as we only heard them or last night.”

“It was nice! The inside had all the essentials. The outside of the property needs maintenance as the look of it is off putting but disregarding that the inside was wonderful!”

“My stay here was phenomenal. The mattress sleeps like a beauty! I felt like I was floating on a cloud. The black out curtains made the stay even better. I enjoyed how hot the shower water got. The only thing I didnt like was finding parking after 8:30pm. This weekend was a very busy weekend and the city was filled with excitement and guest. Over all I would rate this stay a 9/10. I would definitely stay again! And McDonald’s is right next door 😂”

“My fiancé and I were in town for a friend’s baby shower, and had never been to Raleigh, so we made a long weekend trip out of it. Our stay at Acorn Manor was great. Justin gave us detailed check-in instructions that were easy to follow. This specific unit (there were 4 on the property) required climbing an enclosed set of stairs, so I would recommend one of the other listings at Acorn Manor if you are unable to walk up stairs. Included were: towels, linens, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand……

“My boyfriend and I visited Raleigh for about a month, and Anne Marie’s guest house was exactly what we needed! It was well furnished, had desks/tables we used to work from home, and it was quite cozy as well. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard and biking around the neighborhood. Raleigh downtown was only 20 minutes away. What we appreciated most about our stay was how hospitable Anne Marie and her husband Tony were with us.
