「This hotel is a great place to stay. The beds were really comfy,pillows were lovely and soft not like bricks under my head. The food was great in the restaurant plenty of choice, you can watch sports or sit in the garden. The bar has a wide range of drinks and snacks and a pool table. I found the room decor very tasteful however I did have an issue with the shower no fault of the hotel just a stupid design which a lot of the hotels have. 「Josie was very friendly and welcoming. Very attentive and couldnt do enough. We were offered a much needed hot drink on arrival which was brought to our room. Our room was very clean, more than enough tea, coffee etc, it even had dressing gowns. Little touches of Usb points on plugs and even a little chocolate each. We felt veey welcomed.」

「The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained with good decor. The bathroom had a powerful shower and enough room around the basin for your wash bags. Lighting in the bathroom is always an issue for me (!) so as usual I had my mirror on the window sill in search of natural light. We ate in the pub on the first night, sharing a platter. Good menu. 「- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!」

「Parked on the street free of charge. Great experience with keysafe and accessing property:rooms. Clean and well thought out rooms. Plenty of tea/coffee and toiletries in the bathroom. Hairdryer, soft chair, dressing table area. Satisfied with grab and go breakfast ( we got a good deal) so had this then went out for breakfast at the Courtyard nearby. Very happy and will stay again and recommend to family and friends. Would prefer lower room rather than 2 flights of stairs due to mobility but...
