“This place was very comfortable, spacious, and well organized! Very helpful labels throughout the kitchen. Everything we needed was available. Great TV service, a gas grill on the deck, and a hot tub. Very enjoyable. Parking was a bit of a struggle. For a place that sleeps 7 (?) people, only 2 parking spaces could be limiting for some guests. Street parking was far away, too. Other than the parking, I have no other disappointments.”

“Peri & Johnny are amazing hosts! The apartment is well decorated and they go over and above as hosts by providing coffee and some snacks. Their dog Cassie is friendly and good with other dogs. The hot tub was clean and well cared for. Really could not have asked for more.”

“Property is exactly as described on VRBO, a small house with a great view right along the little Spokane river. Very calm, quiet and tranquil, a wonderful couple of days spent chilling out. The little house is extremely well thought through, has many amenities not expected, the owner clearly shows exceptional organizational skills putting so much into such a small space. Communication with management and owner was excellent. We really appreciate their efforts to make our stay wonderful.”

“This was ideal for our family gathering to attend my grandson’s college graduation. The house is comfortable and spacious and includes 5 bedrooms and a dining table that seats 10. The owner actively manages the property and responds to queries quickly. We had an issue with the coffee maker (possibly due to operator error) and he delivered a new one to the door within two hours. BTW, don’t be put off by the requirement to provide names of day visitors and overnight guests - it’s dictated by……
