It was nice, however the place was very very dusty - and it was so much dirt and hair under the beds and all over the house - the cleaning needs attention

The house was incredible and exactly like the listing photos. The location is incredible as well, within Suncadia, but important to know that you do not have access to Suncadia's pools or fitness center. I wish we had known this upon booking, though the hot tub out back is a major bonus, and our kids had tons of fun swimming every day. We were grateful to get an early check in, but upon our arrival all of the towels were still in the laundry, so we had to finish the washing. The trash was also not taken out from the last guests. Not a huge deal, but worth noting! The cleanliness would have been better as well, there was hair in the shower and the shower drain backed up a bit. There were no paper towels, dish sponge/brush, and coffee was not restocked as the listing stated. Management did remedy these issues quickly after they were addressed. I believe the property was a new rental at the time of our stay, so it makes sense that there were some kinks, but we would happily stay again!
