"This home was super clean, had everything we needed, directions and locations of items were marked well, and the host was very prompt in responding. The beds were comfortable and we loved being able to use the grill outside for cooking. Had our stay been a bit warmer in the evenings, we probably would have used the nice fire pit area as well in the well kept back yard. "

We mostly were there just for a place to sleep but ended up finding a place we plan to come back to in the future for a prolonged stay as it was very comfortable and we were treated with amazing hospitality. The room we had made us feel like we were at home, the staff took care of our needs very quickly and kept in touch with us, and the breakfast was amazing! "

"If you are currently searching properties in this area and come across this one, please STOP. Your search for the perfect rental has been found! Four of us stayed at this lovely rental in April 2026 and we could not have asked for more. The pictures online are just as it looks but seeing it in person it is even better. The home is sparkling clean. The layout is perfection - 2 huge bedrooms with king beds - one on the front of the upper level, the other one faces the back, separated by the kitchen/dining area and living room, giving space and privacy. Both couples agree the beds were so comfortable and we all slept so well! The bedding - sheets/pillows/covers - superb! The 2 car garage is such a plus during bad weather and was very roomy. The deck off the living room has a beautiful table and chairs with umbrella. On the lower level, you go outside to the fire pit with plenty of wood, fire starters and hose/sand to extinguish. We brought ingredients and made smores - it was so fun and relaxing out back. What an amazing perk! The location in Saugatuck is central to Holland and Fenneville, other wonderful fun towns! We loved downtown Saugatuck - beautiful shops with great eateries as well. We all enjoyed shopping, the fabulous wineries and breweries and the beautiful Holland tulips. The owner communication is amazing - fast and accommodating. NOTHING is forgotten here - they provide ever single thing you can think of and have little touches like local coasters that were lovely!"
