“We stayed for 3 nights as a quick weekend getaway. The cottage was just as pictured. Kitchen had the proper utensils to cook breakfast/lunch (we went out for dinners). Pans were in good shape, coffee pot, toaster, etc. The back patio was perfect - extending the size of the cottage. Allowing us to sit outside and take in the beautiful Florida sunshine. The bathroom is very tight if you are a taller or larger person - but worked fine for our long weekend stay. Thank you!”

“Beautifully remodeled efficiency room with a king and queen best (very comfortable), very clean bath with walk in shower (no slip tile on floor), and a very efficient kitchen and table. The pool was by the front door and the back door opened to a waterfront bay area that was perfect! All this for a very reasonable price! Thank you to our host and their attention to detail!”

The size is perfect for a couple, the view across the swimming pool to the InterCoastal Waterway is amazing, and the location makes it very walkable to all Clearwater Beach restaurants, shops and activities. It was a very quiet place and we definitely recommend it. We will definitely return for another stay.”

“We loved where the property was located. On the water, short walk to the beach and the restaurants and shops, but out of the hustle and bustle. The pool area and docks were a great place to hangout after the beach. The room was well stocked with needed kitchen supplies, while beach towels and chairs rounded out the ease of planning for the beach. We will be returning.”

“Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice Shopping area a 5 min walk……

“The property was newer and the lobby was clean. Our suite was lovely- especially the floor to ceiling sliding doors that offer a lovely view and sunlight! Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and kid toys to bring to the beach, was also a pleasant surprise. ”

“Excellent location, super easy check-in and checkout, great communication, clean condo, free parking, safe neighborhood. Older condo, could use some small updates to window blinds and kitchen appliances. These didn't effect our stay but would be a nice addition to a guest experience. Go and have fun!”
