Clearwater Beach stay

Small but comfortable, had everything I needed for a short stay. Was expecting it to be more run down being in an older building (I had stayed here several times before when it was the Island Cay) but I was pleasantly surprised that it was updated with nice new furniture and bed/bedding. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

Nice clean condo, with a small pool to relax next to. The only complaint was the sofa, needs an upgrade, very small and uncomfortable . Overall a nice place to stay.

This place was such a nice place to stay, the location was perfect, restaurants, shops, and most importantly the beach were in a walkable distance. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures and was overall very clean, the only problem was the some of the dishes were not clean when we got there, but we were supplied with soap and a sponge. I would also like to add that the water pressure was phenomenal.

The property was as we expected and matched the Vrbo description. The only issue we faced was no response from the property owner when we reached out for 2 times for questions/needs, but we were able to suffice.

Pleasantly surprised!

When booking this reservation I fully expected that the room an amenities to sub par. This was ok with me because I felt like I was getting good value. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was really comfy, kitchen was modern and spacey, pool and shared spaces were well kept. Also the whole check in process was handled via email and was super easy. I will definitely stay here again.
