「We came to Sylvan for my daughter's 21st bday. The motel is pretty much what you would expect from one of the cheaper options in town. The guy running the place was awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. We learned they are being torn down for some fancy condos in tbe near future so you get what you get 😆 For a quick one night stop it was worth the price for a place to crash right on Lakeshore Drive.」

「Room was very clean, Staff very nice, Suit had kitchen, full sized fridge, and stove counter top. Pots, pans dishes and utensils supplied along with a toaster. Easy walking to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and other businesses」

「Rooms been neglected no working fan and the floor is freezing and no control over the heat. Charging 100 when it maybe worth 60 . Won't be back 」
