“Good service ”

“Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. ”

“It was very close to the ferry terminal(Schwartz Bay) for us to leave to go back to the mainland. We were very happy to have the restaurant White Spot to be right on site. This was extremely helpful. The hotel was comfortable and had all the necessities that one needs.”

“Decent hotel and breakfast for a fair price”

“We came from Taiwan and stayed a few days in Vancouver. The reason why we chose this hotel is its good location which is near Lions Gate Bridge and therefore close to Stanley park and downtown. In addition, the hotel service is definitely good. In particular, there are several staffs who speak Chinese and are very friendly toward Taiwan people. ”

“I have been choosing this hotel for several years, when visiting Niagara Falls with family. It is becoming increasingly better, since it has been through many recent renovations. Room and washroom are clean, with the convenience of refrigerator and microwave. This last time, we enjoyed the pool, which is also very well maintained. We save money that we can use in other entertainment and local attractions.”
