There was A LOT of noise in the halls and adjoining rooms. A 3 am banging on our door startled me awake. And the noise continued well after that. I realize that it was not the hotel but its guest.

The hotel is very quiet (despite my room being right outside the laundry and a stairwell), the bed was comfortable (I didn't wake throughout the night as I typically do), and the jacuzzi was an added bonus! The breakfast included hot items such as pancakes, hashbrowns, sausages, and eggs, as well as cold options like pastries, cereal, and yogurt; Coffee, tea and a variety of juices.

I am deeply unhappy with how Park Hill Inn & Suites Red Deer behaved during my booking process. I chose a date in late March but somehow yesterday's date was booked instead and it was too late by the time I noticed. I reached out to tell them what happened, and Expedia said i needed to reach out to the hotel directly to request the change. When i did this, they immediately responded through the chat to say they understood and would be happy to change this for me, i just needed to ask Expedia to change it from their end since i booked thru them. I called Expedia who then called Park Inn and Suites to get the date changed over, but whoever they spoke to not only said no, they actually hung up on the agent. He tried again with no success. I then reached out to Park Inn and Suites to get this date changed, again, based on the knowledge they had agreed from the beginning, but they have not returned my message. I'm now out the money of a one nights reservations plus taxes etc, with zero resolution. I am so upset, this is money I can't easily spend and more than that, the service was appalling. I do NOT recommend and will tell everyone i know to stay away from Park Inn and Suites in the future and do intend to place this review on various sites.

All the staff working at this hotel are incredibly kind and professional. If you are in Red Deer, I 100% recommend staying at this hotel. Excellent breakfast, clean rooms, and a peaceful and safe stay.

We were welcomed at check-in which was a very quick process. Our room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Check-out after breakfast was simple and straightforward. The hotel was conveniently located and should we have reason to return we’d book there again.

First of all, I was charged twice for the deposit despite making only one booking, as the staff member who checked me in had entered it twice. Thankfully, the staff member who checked me out corrected that. The toilet paper left in the bathroom was from a previous guest. The beds were not properly made, and the sheets and towels were dirty and had stains. The room had a terrible smell, and the bathroom and sink had stains. The beds were also horrible. I will never book or stay here again. Thankfully, the breakfast was great.
