Property took my money, then advised us not to travel at less than 24hrs notice, leaving me without a place to stay and without refund. Hotels.com did nothing about it. One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one.
