Friendly, helpful, courteous staff. Very clean and comfortable accomodations. Plumbing was noisy and needs updating.

This property location is ok, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was recently renovated, but the overall property was dirty. Litter around outside not picked up and the bathrooms and floors were dirty. The pool was nice and clean, but the area could use a little hug. Dead plants, etc.

I the convenience to the college. They themed the hotel which made the atmosphere welcoming. Free breakfast was perfect to start the day. I had a waffle and a yogurt but there were many options. 10/10

Charged extra $307 over an above my staying charg.
I loved everything u til the Hotel charged me an extra $307 I don’t know for what! They better fix that mess soon! So annoyed

The hotel needs a deep cleaning. The breakfast provided also needs some improvement. Not the best Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at. I think the location to the university allows them to charge more and offer average conditions.

We came for a Clemson football game, hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Loved being able to walk to the game from the hotel

The full size beds were too small, consider Queen like most other quality hotels. Lack of onsite laundry facilities is unacceptable.

Overall a positive experience
The staff was friendly. The hotel and my room were clean. The complementary breakfast was brilliant! Would recommend requesting a room closer to the front of the building to allow for a little more distance from the adjacent railroad tracks.

The property was incredibly convenient to campus and amenities in the area. Some of the rooms were a little outdated but the staff was amazing. We didn't arrive until 2:20am due to a flight delay and the girl at the front desk was so helpful and friendly!
