This contemporary, spacious 3 bedroom home is located in the main complex of Swiss Waterski Resort in Clermont, FL and overlooks two of the lakes used by professionals and amateurs alike.  Feel free to book yourself a set! Grab a cup of coffee and watch the power and grace of international skiers slalom right out your back door.  Catch a front row seat at a pro level tournament!  Have you ever heard of "SWA"?  It stands for 'Smooth Water Always" here at the Swiss Waterski Resort!

The oversized screened in porch (which runs the length of the house) has several seating areas to lounge with family and friends.  Enjoy a bountiful meal together at a large table and seating for 6 while taking in the evening breezes and sunset.  The kitchen has everything you need for preparing your post workout meal, or a feast for the family.  There is seating for two at the breakfast bar and for four or more at the expandable dining room table.

The contemporary living room with comfortable seating has a large screen smart TV and overlooks the pool and two ski lakes.

The garage has two high-end bikes for guest use and 1 bay for parking.

Please note there is no smoking or vaping at this villa.  Please know that you can choose to heat the pool for an additional fee.  Spa heat is INCLUDED when you book this gorgeous property!

The spacious queen master bedroom accesses the lanai and has its own private bathroom.  Step into the luxurious sunken tub for a spa-like soak or enjoy the elegant shower in this updated bathroom.  The 2nd queen bedroom overlooks the screened in lanai on the back side of the property and offers guests lots of natural light throughout the day.  Nearby is a full bathroom with a walk in shower, sink and toilet with access to the lanai.  The 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and its own private bathroom with a walk in shower, sink and toilet.

Feel free to use the washing machine and clothes dryer in the adjoining private parking garage that can keep your car out of the sun.

Clermont and the surrounding area offer a multitude of activities and events for athletes or sports enthusiasts.  Golfing is onsite or nearby at Mission Inn, Bella Collina, Green Valley, Legends or Kings Ridge!  Located just 10 miles away is the NTC (National Training Center) in Clermont.  Historic Downtown Clermont, the Clermont Chain of lakes and the Lake County Rowing Association boathouse are just 6 miles away.

Departure Day items - If time allows, we ask guests to help with a couple housekeeping items.  If possible, please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose).  We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dishtabs for the dishwasher).  Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff.  Please secure the house and make sure to lock up the key in the lock box that is located outside the front door.  Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time' as I offer repeat guest discounts.  Thank you for your business!
