"Great location downtown but for a Crown Plaza Hotel it was pretty average - felt worn, tired and old. AC shot off while we were out for the evening and room was stuffy upon return (hallway was really cold). We had to turn it off and back on again and it took a while to catch up on a hot August evening. ..."
