Hyatt Regency Cleveland At The Arcade
Clean and quiet room. Wish we upgraded to a suite though. The building is gorgeous but we were stuck back in the corner with no view! My bad for not reading the information clearly. Will be back again.

Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square by IHG
Nice room and hotel but terrible internet. Weak signal and at one point it wouldn't even connect. Could not get work done. Kind of unacceptable for a downtown hotel. On a positive note, good location with lots of restaurants nearby.
