"For the price you are getting a private room and private bathroom, you can come and go as you please all which I found ideal, location is also good. Clean bed and linen, clean towels, good shower. No TV, staff won’t help, never fixed or alternative provided, requested reasonable 10-15% refund no response or reply. Grubby, level of cleanliness is poor, wash basin, drawers, stairs into property etc. Toilet cistern runs continuously making noise. Very noisy at night, constant repeated door slamming from pub attached, quiet in the morning. If you can stand the above then okay for the price …"

"The room was clean, but the bed wasn’t very comfortable. There wasn’t a way to reach staff from the room without leaving the room to go across to the bar. We did enjoy having a fan in the room to circulate air. We strongly recommend not having a TV in the breakfast area. We and other guests discussed how watching and listening to the news spoiled the experience and peace of dining together. Staff between shifts provided very different levels of service and experience. One group was more warm, inviting, and informative."

"Lovely clean and spacious room. Tea and coffee sachets provided, we had stupid shaped cups which were more like soup bowls, but we managed ! Fantastic view of the beach. Shower gel and shampoo/conditioner were provided and smelt lovely. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and there was a good selection. Also cereal and toast if you didn’t want anything cooked. The bar was very reasonable as well, with decent wine! Parked at the front of the property which cost us £10 but you get that back after your stay. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. "Nice and friendly staff, free car park. The mattress should have been replaced years ago and was very uncomfortable. No sound insulation between the rooms so you can hear everything going on in the rooms above and each side. The hotel bar was like walking into the bar in star wars, so we eat at a local restaurant nearby "
