If a guest violates the house rules by allowing unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund. Local guests seeking an event venue will not be accommodated.

● Allergy accommodations: Inform us in advance of any sensitivities.

● No daily housekeeping: Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.

● Trash disposal: Garbage bins are located outside the house, and Thursday is trash day.
