"I have stayed before , it’s very cheap and it’s en suite , I would stay agsin for price - they have an issue in the loft pf the property with vermin either rats or pigeons I have noticed that every time I have stayed - the pub is nice and serves great food downstairs - the rooms just feel like an after thought and not really a hotel ."

"Lovely clean and spacious room. Tea and coffee sachets provided, we had stupid shaped cups which were more like soup bowls, but we managed ! Fantastic view of the beach. Shower gel and shampoo/conditioner were provided and smelt lovely. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and there was a good selection. Also cereal and toast if you didn’t want anything cooked. The bar was very reasonable as well, with decent wine! Parked at the front of the property which cost us £10 but you get that back after your stay. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. "

"With a late arrival due to bad traffic the welcome and speedy check in were wonderful. Our room spotless and very comfortable. We missed having a small fridge. All the staff were friendly and helpful."

"Nice and friendly staff, free car park. The mattress should have been replaced years ago and was very uncomfortable. No sound insulation between the rooms so you can hear everything going on in the rooms above and each side. The hotel bar was like walking into the bar in star wars, so we eat at a local restaurant nearby "

"Didn't see any staff during the 4 night stay.The car park is very small so definitely first come first served, I didn't get to park there at all during my stay. There is free parking across the road between 6pm and 8am. It doesn’t have a hotel feel at all, more of a house share . "

"No curtains in the room, just ill-fitting roller blinds, it felt a little like a youth hostel rather than a hotel room. The iron we asked for covered my white shirt in black gunk (my fault for not checking the plate but disappointed staff would give out such rubbish). Extractor fan in bathroom broken, very uncomfortable old soggy mattress. Staff were lovely, breakfast average, quiet overall in the rooms. "
