Spacious Catskills Home with Covered Hot Tub

"Great house! accommodates lots of guests. Lots to do. House is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Bring cooking oil if you’re planning on cooking. We went to the farms nearby and got lots of fresh produce to cook! Love it! Bring bug spray if you’re staying outside. Lots of deer in the backyard!! Drive slow so you don’t hit any animals. Love the nature and quietness of the neighborhood. Movie room and sauna was a big hit! Thank you will come again!"

"House was comfortable and has everything you need for a great little getaway! Quiet and peaceful, and just a short drive to Bethel Woods (the reason for our stay). Only thing I would change would be to add a few more nights and stay longer!"

"Had a great vacation with my family. The lake was great for fishing, swimming, and boating. The scenery was so beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was very comfortable and the the basement amenities was a plus."

"We had a wonderful stay! Thank you to our host who was so helpful and attentive! The property is beautiful, quiet and serene. Great spot for a family get together with plenty of room and access to the Swinging Bridge Lake. We went for a beautiful walk in the morning to the local marina (2miles away). Will definitely go back again next year!"

"Clean property with great lake access. Garbage was full when we got there and the host didn’t know when it would be picked up. Turned out it was Thursday, which meant we left a full garbage can for the next people to come. The giant tv in the basement is a little strange as most of the seating is upstairs. We probably wouldn’t have noticed except the World Cup was on, and we couldn’t fit everyone comfortably in front of the big tv. Also, it was 70 extra for usable internet. The internet was so throttled that the upstairs tv would lag if the kids were using an iPad. (Downstairs tv was either hardwired or logged into the high speed WiFi.) That said, it was nice to unplug. Very poor cell reception so I usually just left my phone behind."

"Great house, very comfortable beds for 8 friends, loved the porch and how well the kitchen was set up. Pots and pans, storage glass Tupperware, sharp knives, were all a dream! Kitchen didn’t stock any pantry basics so you need to bring all your own ingredients, even salt (Dollar General up the road a few mins for basics). We loved the lakefront aspect and access to paddle board and kayaks. The lake was fun for swimming though it’s very active with motorboats and jet skis, which was more stressful for some of our party. Loved having access to a hot tub. The host was super responsive to our communications and very generous with his time, dropping off some wood and kindling for us when we asked about the outdoor hearth. Access to nice low-key hiking trails 8 mins by car (Smallwood Forest Reserve) with waterfalls and kids’ playground."
