“The stay was short but sweet! Everything was clean and exactly what we needed as a stopover stay on our way to another destination. The only snafu was the emailed instructions said to check the lockbox for a key and there was no key (Linda had switched to an electronic keypad and we just had not realized!). Linda was quick to speak with us over the phone about this and the matter was resolved in under 5 minutes. Would stay here again!”

“We had a very nice stay at Steve’s place. The basement apartment was very comfortable & the back yard was perfect with an in-ground pool & hot tub. My only complaints are, there was a coffee maker, but no coffee, cream, or sugar. The other issue we had was the unlit path to the apartment entrance. We came back late one night from a concert and there was no light to get from the driveway to the apartment. I should also mention there is a slight incline. It’s an lawsuit waiting to happen.”

“Nicely set up VRBO that was clean and had lots of towels (which my wife always appreciates). The team quickly responded and fixed a circuit that went out the same day we reported it – very reassuring! When it comes to parking beware of the alternating street parking restrictions on the side of the building near the front door. The signs said enforcement starts at 8am, and indeed I promptly got a ticket at 9:07am...:)”
