"My room was cleaned ONCE during my 8 night stay. Plus they didn't even change the sheets - I know cuz there was a small spot on the bottom sheet and it was still there after the one time they "cleaned" the room. One of the exit doors was broke the entire time of my stay. At one point it was stuck open by a few inches 24 hrs a day, anyone could have come in using that door. Fitness room was not useable for my entire stay. spot on my sheets"

"The staff is always friendly and very helpful! Very comfortable stay, and walking distance to downtown. They also offer free parking which is a huge plus downtown! This is my second work trip to downtown Albany and have stayed here both times. Breakfast is also decent, full, hot breakfast. I definitely recommend. "

"We had a clean room. I didn’t like that when your at the pool and need to go to the bathroom you have to walk through the hallway in wet bathing suit. Very uncomfortable for the grandkids plus more of a chance to slip. The directions to connect to WiFi were unclear, I had to call front desk for help and bring my 3 grandchildren with me. Then the directions for the TV were not clear. I was looking for some paper directions but they were on TV. I finally figured that out but couldn’t figure out how I could connect to my Netflix so we watched on my laptop. The free breakfast could be a little better as far as maybe scrambled eggs but was good. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. "

"Pool was under construction but no worries, a popl was created when i tried to use the stand up shower that had no lip. Water ended up everywhere and I needed every available towel to soak up the water. I know wet rooms are common in other countries but I imagine they're designed to be more fumctional than this."
