“Fine for the night. Good location for us”

“Host was very responsive, the apartment was tastefully decorated and well appointed for our short visit to Knoxville.”

“Overall, we had a good experience. We have a family of 5, and the property states it sleeps 6. However, this was a very tight squeeze. There are only two beds and an air mattress. The space does not fit an air mattress comfortably without moving furniture around. I think 4 is a more realistic number but crowded beyond that. There is minimal seating for hanging out in the living space. Both nights there were train whistles blowing multiple times, and although noise machines were in both rooms,……

“Nice place and great location”

“We loved staying in this apartment in The Old City. We walked everywhere we went. We parked 2 blocks away in a free parking area. Train tracks right behind the property didn't bother us at all. It was a unique experience. Got to tell my wife "since we're up"... Restaurants in the area were great. We will come back to Knoxville and would definitely stay at this beautiful place!”

“Drinking coffee in the chair on the deck overlooking the lake was so relaxing. They made sure I had reliable internet for work and check to make sure we had everything we needed. Great location We will be back.”

“Property was as advertised, clean and convenient. A friend and I stayed for 4 nights during the Big Ears festival. Most music venues were within a five to ten minute walk. Some, like Boyds Jig and Reel were across the street. The Standard and the Mill and Mine were a two minute walk. Be forewarned the railroad is 40 feet from your residence. If you are a light sleeper, this is not a place for you. I liked that there were 2 separate bedrooms with full shower and a third bathroom downstairs. Good……

“We only spent one night here but it was very nice. Clean and accurately described. We wanted to eat in, and the kitchen was wonderful to make our meal. We got groceries from Three Rivers close by. Street noise was there (train horn, party music somewhere close by) but manageable. Thank you!”

“Easy walk to Old City and great food at Balter Beerworks, right across the street. Be sure to visit Glitterville, also across the street, for a magical experience!”

“The stay was awesome but the door code didn’t work. Finally got ahold of the manager to change it. Took 5 times of changing the door code to finally get it to finally work. Took over an hour to get in the room which upset me and the group a bit. But that’s the only negative I have to say about the trip.”

“Last-minute trip to Winrock saved by this little cabin. I usually stay on site in a cabin at Windrock, but they were all sold out, which led me to finding an alternative. I found this particular cabin and had a few questions before my booking. The host was quick to reply and was very accommodating. On arrival it appeared I may have been one of the first to be staying in this location. I’d asked about a grill and a crockpot when planning my dinners and host had both on site and brand new……

“Exactly how it looks in pictures. Very clean and everything you need, including laundry. Location was not in the best area, but it worked for our stay.”

“We booked a trip to Knoxville to settle our son in for a college internship which unfortunately did not end up working out. We stayed at the farmhouse loft and it was absolutely beautiful. The decor was perfect, the place was very clean. The owners put so much detail into it. It is more than well equipped with the most thoughtful touches, down to the welcome message on the board in the living area. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for your hospitality!”

“We stayed for three weeks at this property. I read the reviews beforehand and they were accurate. We liked the location near 4th and Gill. We walked to downtown Knoxville in about 20 minutes. There were at least four breweries within a 10-15 minute walk from the property. We felt safe, although there are a lot of homeless on Broadway near Magnolia. Several shelters are located there. There were previous comments on the lack of kitchenware. There were plenty of glasses, cooking pots, measuring……

“Nice property, great for your dog to run around, grass was long making it hard to find the droppings. The property is convenient to the marina although up a steep hill, there are a couple of sets of stairs to the chalets and another rental that drops you off a few yards from the drive. Plenty of cooking items, pots pans, baking sheets silverware. Master bath is very cozy there is not much room between the corner of the vanity and the edge of the shower to get to the toilet, must be thin to……
