「Charlotte at the front desk and the good coffee was the best part of our stay. Checkin time is at 3:00 but our room was not ready. We never got check in until 6:00 without any compensation for our troubles. There were 2 other couples who could not get check in because the rooms had not been cleaned yet and there were no clean towels!
