“Charlotte at the front desk and the good coffee was the best part of our stay. Checkin time is at 3:00 but our room was not ready. We never got check in until 6:00 without any compensation for our troubles. There were 2 other couples who could not get check in because the rooms had not been cleaned yet and there were no clean towels! She called the manager, James Ballard and he would not even come in to help with the problem!!! The room had missing lamp shades, cracked window blinds, and dirty……

“Very disappointing stay. The bathroom was not clean, and I found an insect in the bathroom. The continental breakfast that was advertised was very poor, with very few options, and I heard several other guests complaining as well. At check-out, the employee was unable to print or email my receipt and could not explain how or when my $100 security deposit would be released to my credit card. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional, and the hotel did not meet the standards I expected. I……
