“The place was very nice. Very clean. As someone said previously the arrival was a little confusing. I think the houses should be labeled A and B so you know which one. We pulled in and wee confused but the place is up on a hill to the left. The only other thing we couldn’t figure out how to work was the heat. I think there should be something on that how to use it. ”

“The host was awesome - excellent communication and customer service. The house was extremely clean, well equipped, and roomy. The bed was comfortable. We had everything that we needed! We will definitely stay at Avery Acres again. Recommend it!”

“Great cozy place to stay. Very clean and nicely furnished. The covered front porch with rockers were a great feature. Kitchen has limited cookware and cooking utensils, but what was provided was in good condition. Limited refrigerator space with a dorm-sized fridge/freezer, so plan accordingly. No closet space to hang clothes up, just a few hooks in the bathroom. Definitely bring your own bedding including blankets. Nice quiet area and friendly neighbors. We would definitely stay here again.”
