“Everything about the Vermont River House was perfect! Eva was the perfect host and welcomed me with freshly baked granola, milk, yogurt, coffee, tea, and chocolate. Despite subzero temperatures, the tiny house was as cozy as could be, along with plush blankets to watch tv. Having the loft space provided a nice separation between the living and sleeping spaces. Finally, the location was perfect - so simple to walk to Winooski and also to walk, drive, or take the bus to downtown Burlington. Eva……

“The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of places for clothes. Extra pillows and blankets if we needed them. We met both of our hosts and they were very friendly and had ideas of where to eat, etc.”

The location was also perfect, just a few steps away from a wonderful restaurant and no more than 20 minutes from other high peaks neighborhoods……

“I booked this for my wife and I, our two sons (2 & 5 years old), her dad and my dad. It was a nice secluded and quiet spot, and it had everything that we needed for our trip. Whiteface mountain was about 15-20 minutes away and Lake Placid about 25-30. Lana was a great host. Communication was easy and she made sure to show us the house and let us know where everything was.”
