Didn’t notice all the people showing up after we got into our room - very quiet - they made an on the spot room change to accommodate my wife as she has a hurt knee - they also recommended an excellent local restaurant

I wasn’t expecting much from a small town hotel but it was extremely clean well kept and the room amenities were perfect. The beds were comfortable and the staff was great.

The owner jumped through hoops for us, treated us so honorably, accommodated our needs, was cheerful, helpful, and kind. We were blown away. We appreciate the kindness of the staff. The room was adequate, clean, bed was comfortable, nice fridge. We would stay there again for sure.

I've stayed a few times already. Only hotel in Butler and rooms are clean and spacious and price very reasonable. Its close to Wal m art and restaurants. Butler kind of a boring area i go on weekends periodically for band practice. If in Butler or traveling its a great budget friendly place to stay.

The room was clean, sufficient towels, and bedding. Tv did not work and the continental breakfast was not very good, but the king size bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on!

The room it self was clean but it was super hot when we walked in. It took sooo long to cool down. The front desk made me wonder if I should get a other hotel. It was dingy, musky and dark. It was clean. And as for the breakfast, that's was a joke. Cereal in a box, the case that held the muffins and bagels had a fly crawling around, yuck. I paid $106.... NOT worth the price.

Room was basic but clean. Room has plenty of plug in capability for charge and electrical cords. A/C and heat worked fine. Breakfast is basic. Have stayed here several times while on trips to Butler with no issues.
