「Good value, great staff」

「Room was nice but not the room I thought we were getting. I thought we had a suite with a bed in a separate room. Also for the pull out couch we had to go to the front desk and ask for extra blankets. The lady at the front desk kept telling us there's some in our and tried to explain to us where they were, well we kept telling her no there was no blanket in the closet. Also to pool room was so cold, the hot tub isn't even very warm. Not much different from the pool temperature 」

「Wasn’t aware of the deposit until checking in. That put me in a bind financially. We were in town for a funeral. Beds were super comfortable, breakfast was good, would have liked the option to have plain scrambled eggs. Coffee in the breakfast was watery. Did not like that the side entrance was not secured, anyone could come in and out. Staff was very pleasant, professional, and friendly. I will possibly stay here again when I come back for my daughter’s wedding.」

「This newer hotel was clean and nice. It’s close to the Frankenmuth downtown area (several blocks, maybe you could walk there in the summer). There is a pool and breakfast.」

「Clean and comfortable room. Staff was eager to help. Downside: I had to wait for Santa to check in (not kidding). If you want a handicap accessible room, be aware that the they have tubs, not walk-in showers. Fortunately I had thought to bring a shower chair just in case. Overall, a very good stay. 」

「Breakfast was delicious and had many options and was changed slightly in variety each day, very friendly and helpful staff, and great location for shopping around the area and visiting Frankenmuth! 」
