「Rarely do you find a hotel where the staff seems genuinely happy to be there and delighted to serve the customers. There were smiles all around and it felt like family. I'm a business traveler and I spend evenings in the room working and I like to have a nice, clean room. This one had a huge picture window and the evening sun lit up the room. I felt safe and it was easy to request a room refresh--I will definitely go back again! This is a very well-managed property so kudos to the team! :)」

「If you were to just judge the part of the property that is AmericInn, it would get a higher rating. But this is actually a two-part facility, it is a renovated building combined with a motel. The share property and they share a check in desk and parking. Take that how you will. If you're seeing this review on Expedia, just know that expedia's job is to sell the rooms, period. We stayed for a couple hours and decided it was best to just leave and stay elsewhere.」
