The Home

The High Sierra Summit is a luxurious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath custom home with over 4,600 square feet of space for you to enjoy.

You’ll be delighted by the gorgeous high ceilings, designer furnishings, and unbeatable views. There is a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, a complementary Nespresso coffee station and assorted teas, 2 barstools and a separate dining room for 6.

Set against the background of the Plumas Nation Forest, this home offers ultimate privacy and tranquility on a large lot with no neighbors. Gold mountain is a dark sky community, so the HOA requires that all exterior lights be off by 10 PM to preserve the spectacular stargazing of our special community. Quiet hours are 8pm-8am

There is an abundance of driveway parking and one designated garage spot available.

The Rooms

Master Retreat

The grand master suite has a plush king bed, a comfy couch, a sitting chair, an en suite bathroom with dual vanities, large walk-in shower, and oversized tub. This room also has an oversized walk-in closet with crib, many windows to enjoy the views, and direct access to the master deck with a private hot tub and a unique ski lift chair 🎿

Executive Room

The second room has an impressive built-in workstation, wall-to-wall windows overlooking the pristine forested grounds, and a very comfortable King sofa sleeper. It also offers a private walk-in closet with linens and en suite bathroom.

The Family Room

Downstairs is a kid friendly space with comfortable twin over twin bunkbeds and a plush twin over queen bunkbed. There are also two oversize lovesac beanbag chairs and direct backyard access. There is a half bath available on the ground floor and this room shares a shower with the executive room.
