“Very eastern Eurpeen feel to flatt 1 witch ware i stayed for 3 nights. I did notice flat one needs work bit never complained anx for reson is because it convient and someware pit head down and it funtional witch all was bothered abt, i cooked allot and cleaned around at back of myself. Keept it tidy but left cottage pie in fridge in flatt 1. I leave that for anyone who want it in flatt 1, use by day 23rd aug 2025. Only thing was that could not lock bathroom door but ok for myself but bringing……

“I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!”

“Very close to the centre, with restaurants and cafés. The self catering in the house was great too. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was a great living area downstairs too! "I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that, the room was dirty and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. This experience is extremely disappointing and far below expectations."
