Nice big fun house. Great views of ocean

Amazing location

Access to an incredible beach is very close to the house and the view from the house is also beautiful. Also I loved the floor plan of the house a perfect fit for our group of 7.

Peace and Quiet

We intentionally arrived on a Saturday and stayed until Tuesday to try to avoid any crowds. The beach was amazing and this home was perfect with the best beach vibes.

Birthday at the beach

We stayed at the property to celebrate my daughters birthday. The location was great. The property manager was very responsive to all of our questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely place to rest!

For adults and children, this was an ideal location with very comfortable amenities. The fourth floor look out room was where we spent the most time. Perfect for all types of Oregon Coast weather!

Amazing views and steps from the beach.

Awesome house for our annual family Oregon coast beach trip. Amazing view of the ocean, especially from the 3rd floor. Kitchen fully stocked and made cooking for the family easy. Kids loved the foosball table and arcade game. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Ocean delight

We enjoyed our stay so much! Quick access to the beach, wonderful views, especially from the upstairs deck. The house is huge, plenty of room to spread out. Loved it!

Beach Blessings

We had 4 teen girls and a couple adults staying 2 nights. It was the best location we have ever stayed at. The beach was just across the street, lots of beach play. Close to the restaurants and stores of Pacific City and a very quiet neighborhood that felt safe. The firepit and hot tub were an added joy as well as the 3 deer that quietly walked across the yard and onto the beach. We will definitely be back!!

Unique.

Love this house and the layout, especially the two master bedrooms with their own toilet and shower. Also the Crow's nest was awesome,except we couldn't get the tv to work. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything was sparkling clean. Hot tub worked well. The beds were small, but comfortable.

Great location

The location of the home is great for accessing the beach. The house is in need of some updating and deep cleaning. The dishwasher did not work and no response from Vacasa about it so we did a lot of dishes by hand. The game room and the “perch” were cool, but the rest of the layout was very awkward. But it’s always a good time at the coast.

Great location but house needs deep clean and updating

Our second time here. Location cannot be beat. We love this gated and quiet community. However, for the nightly price of over $800 we expect more. One toilet broke immediately (overflowed and we had to scramble to get enough towels going until my husband turned off the water). Vacasa came out the next day to fix it - thank you. The air hockey did not have any pucks which was a big bummer for the children. Vacasa delivered a few the next day. The floor was dirty - found hair and bugs. The carpet throughout is super filthy and needs a deep clean. Our grandchild who can crawl was filthy on his skin and clothes from crawling on the carpet. He needed to be rinsed after each crawling session. The downstairs bedroom to the left had a foam mattress cover that had a huge urine stain. We could not understand why it smelled of urine the first night (thought a dog might have peed on the carpet next to the bed). We discovered the soiled foam mattress cover the next morning. We left it off and put a big note on it for housekeeping. Also, underneath the bed was a very dusty flat screen TV. Ick. Great house but it needs TLC.

So, So stay

The house was kinda dirty but, the bathrooms were super clean.There was a moldy smell in the kitchen. There are 3 or 4 DVD players and only one of them worked. There is no netflix or other streaming services and the movie selection was good if you love late 80's early 90's no name titles. All of the remotes had dead batteries or no batteries. The door knobs were falling off, getting in the front door was difficult. There was sand in the hot tub, the front door screen wont stay open. The upper deck screen is falling off. All of the dishes are kinda musty and to be honest for what we paid it was extremely disappointing.The positives, it was close to the beach, great parking and the view from the deck was beautiful. Lots of towels, the deck chairs were amazing. The kids loft was perfect for all the kids. Plenty of bathrooms and ample room for our large family. difficult.

Great location, well stocked, needs a deep clean

Wonderful home layout, very close to beach and ocean. Well stocked with toiletries, towels and kitchen items. The house, floors and furniture could use a serious deep clean and maintenance inspection. Food and trash in the furniture, cobwebs and dust, dirty floors. One window wouldn’t close and lock, one sliding door wouldn’t open at all and the other didn’t lock. On arrival I swept about half a gallon of sand off the tile floors, which I felt was excessive if had been cleaned prior to arrival. It is a pet friendly home but there was dog hair everywhere. We weren’t expecting to have to clean our vacation rental before we could get comfortable and enjoy our vacation.

Bring your own cleaning supplies

Be prepared to clean up before you enjoy this beach home with great views from upper deck. Also bring hot tub testing strips if you want to enjoy clean hot tub and patience cap for dealing with "guest services". Still waiting for "partial" refund - very disappointed again with Vacasa. I will not be booking future rentals with this company, have given them benefit of doubt to resolve issues and will no longer spend precious time and money on their properties.
