Dream Vacation

The house was beautiful, in a cute little neighborhood. Cozy and warm for our family. You can hear the ocean, and there is a great path right to the beach! Property management was quick responding, and easy to communicate. All staff have been fantastic. 100/100 Plus you have some great neighbors next door. A true gem.

Cozy beach house

Our first time at Dune Grass Cottage was very nice. Open and spacious common area decorated very beautifully throughout. Private back patio for suntanning and BBQing. Just a short walk over the dune to the beach. And the extra bonus was bunnies who came to visit us! :) Property management was very responsive and pleasant. Will come again.

Ants and No Dryer

There were ants in the house… clearly a problem. I reported it upon arrival and received no response… both flying ants and ground ants. House was not very clean, dog hair in bedding. Dryer was broken so we could not do laundry. A discount would be appropriate.

Great location steps to the beach

Loved the location. Over the dunes to the beach and you can hear the ocean! Inside was clean and comfortable. Property management was quick to respond to some small items that needed to be repaired. They need to make sure tenants with dogs pick up after them.

Charming Cottage Close to Beach

This cottage is even better than it's photos. Well appointed, comfy and the second bathroom and laundry such a bonus. The toy box on the front porch was a hit with our grandkids for beach fun! Plenty of towels, blankets and kitchenware. The location is a 9-10, so close to the beach and quiet. The loss of one star was the several non-working bedroom blinds (stuck up with painters tape), dog poop left in the backyard, and rusted out seating on the back deck that was hazardous, not rustic. The management company completely friendly and helpful! Despite these fixable glitches, we would return!

Dune Grass Cottage #172 - Tasteful, charming upscale cottage just steps from the beach

There is really nothing that could have made our stay at Dune Grass Cottage better except if it had been direct oceanfront instead of one house back. But even that would not stop us from staying here again and again. We loved it!

Fantastic Place!

This cottage was perfect for our family vacation. Everything was just as pictured. The location in a private, quiet corner just steps from the beach and a short drive from Pacific City was ideal. My only suggestions for improvement was the toilet in the main bathroom had a weak flush (worked, but weakly). We would stay here again if we return to the Oregon coast.

Excellent Thanksgiving weekend!

We had a great time here for a family Thanksgiving! The house was wonderful for cooking and playing games. The beach is so close, we had lots of terrific walks. I would stay here again!

Excellent service, excellent location

This is a great place to get away and relax, and is a very short walk to the beach. The only issues we had were that the dryer wasn’t working properly, which we brought to the staff’s attention, and is currently in the process of being remedied. Also, know that there is very little to no cell service at the house, but there is on the beach and in town nearby. WiFi worked great. The layout and decor of the house were awesome and overall we had a great time, and would love to come back again.

we found tthat we didn't have cell service and had to guess where to go. I feel a drop box at the rental would be beneficial instead of traveling back to the office to do key drop off. and the trash/ recycle was unclear. other than that wonderful place to stay.

Thanks. We had a lovely time in Terra del Mar. No crowds. Beautiful beach. Wildlife all around.Small beach town feel. Yet close enough to Neskowin (to golf) Lincoln City (shop)and Tillamook ( eat some cheese). Loved our time up there.
