「The room wasn’t cleaned for 5 days, there was no hot water.」

「That will be great if free parking provided」

「Helpful and nice staff, room is cleanliness and bright.」

「Beds are very comfortable. Good parking. Excellent dinner at adjoining moxies restaurant. Unfortunately the bathroom needs a serious refresh. Grout is moldy , tub is scratched , towel bar is sagging and goo on door frame. Bathroom was unpleasant but rest of room was clean and spacious. Room faced the highway and was noisy all night long. Luckily the comfy beds and pillows did help some.」

「The hotel shuttle driver was very rude. I was told to wait at the airport at the 40th minute of the hour. I was there at 35th minute. The shuttle arrived early and was about to leave. I waved and asked the shuttle to stop. The driver was very angry, saying words that he shouldn't have said. I did nothing wrong, I was even early. It's that he was early. Regardless, he shouldn't have said what he has said. I will avoid this hotel next time so that I won't need to take their shuttle again.」

「Location is great… but updating is needed for the room and bathrooms… curtain was smelly… beddings and pillows can be replaced with a new stock.. after so many years of use.」

「房間寛敞舒適」

「I loved staying the hotel and I will chose it again」
