“slight hiccup on arrival and totally my own fault not checking email for getting into the property, i thought as the caravan was on a holiday site that everyone dealt with the main reception of the holiday site , the person on reception was very rude and basically unprofessional and probably needs to change career path,besides that once we got sorted with the assistance from the owner of the caravan we enjoyed our day and appreciate the owner went above and beyond to get us sorted .”

“The lodges are very well designed and attractive with good amenities, however it could do with a lot of TLC, the walls were all marked/scuffed, everywhere needed a good paint job. Wasn’t the cleanest of properties with debris on the floor downstairs which I hoovered up. Bedrooms neat and tidy with fresh bedding and towels. Jacuzzi was lovely and well maintained. Just a little more time spent on cleaning and maintenance and it would have been percect”

“A lovely location, rippling stream and small lakes. Everything you need for a well earned respite . Reception was very welcoming too.The lodges were more than adequate. Wifi was a bit hit and miss but it didn't spoil anything. Near to Llangollen too,plenty of lovely places to eat if you dont fancy cooking.. looking forward to returning. ”
