"The room was clean and welcoming. Initially I didn’t see that my checking in email was spammed and was sent well in good time before my check in time , because of that I contacted the staff and they helped me beyond the expectation they were going on an extra mile of securing accommodation elsewhere and were pledging that I should not be stranded and without anywhere to put up for the night and for my stay. "There are places you can stay and wonder if they are worth the cost. Rest assured this isn't one of them. Isolated, quiet and rural with a spectacular location in the North Wales countryside. Lack of light pollution makes the night sky amazing in the hot tub. The host is wonderful and the place is top drawer. If you want city service this isn't the place for you, if you want quiet rural bliss it is. Tiddles the cat frequently visits too, so if you like cats she is fab (thanks for the mouse...

"Stayed four nights at Iris hotel with my 6 year old twin grandsons. Room was fine clean and tidy only thing short was a plug for the bath but not a big problem was a shower too. Ideal location close to all attractions. The breakfast was buffet style continental. I do not always eat breakfast but suited the boys they had cereal, toast or pancakes. We were at the back of the hotel it was quiet at night. Saw 2 of the front sea view rooms they were big and great views and looked very nice."
