"The only thing that was acceptable about the Iris Hotel is that desk staff were polite. The carpets and other surfaces were visibly dirty. Looks like the hotel had not been cleaned in months perhaps years. The sheets on the beds appeared clean but were well used. There was mold growing in the shower and a crack in the sink. The windows were sealed shut and there were water stains on the ceiling. I had booked 4 nights at the Iris but 1 night was enough and on the morning of May 29 I checked out of the hotel and requested that I be refunded for the remaining 3 nights based on the unacceptable conditions of the room. The desk staff said it would be up to 10 days before management contacted me. I have not herd from the Hotel."
