Property was okay, only reason it doesn’t get a 5 or 4 is that it’s a bit too expensive for what you get. Room type was not available but check with n. Person sorted it smoothly 👍😀. Breakfast was mad busy and not big enough for the amount of people, it was limited but very tasty. Bed was super comfy though. Again nothing in particular inherently wrong just a bit too expensive

The room and property were first class along with the staff. We will definately rebook within the next 12 months for another 3 night stay. On the down side, we had an evening meal and we were disappointed with the quality of food and reported this to reception, who immediately offered a complimentary breakfast that did not materialise.

Had not expected the £7.50pn parking fee, must have missed it on the website. Upgraded £10pn to Club room to include parking, plus water and coffee machine/tea in room but there is only one can of water per guest on the first night, we had expected water each day as you normally get at hotels of this price bracket (have stayed in hundreds of hotel through work and that would be the norm). Tea/coffee (decent) was replenished though. We got delivered shower floor towels rather than hand towels both days, which was curious. The hand towel we requested the first day was removed. Breakfast was fine (apart from inedible hash browns). Bar food, drinks and sports viewing were enjoyable – worthwhile discounts via the app. Staff very friendly and helpful, good location for access to motorways/A roads. An upgrade of rooms for a/c some time would be welcome.

The breakfast was nice and fresh. The room was a king size and spacious but the bin in toilet wasn’t emptied and the blinds mark and ceiling in shower room had mold speckles. Beds and lining was comfortable and clean.
