“This is our 2nd year at this property. We were in town for the Gaither Family Fest at Gatlinburg Convention Center. Quiet and not too far from Interstate. Easy access to the Smokie mountain national park which we enjoyed so very much.”

“We had to add our dogs last min and the host was great at communicating. Great place for pets. If you have large dogs the fenced area behind the house is to small but overall great place for your fur babies.”

“Place was a ghost town. Tun didn’t drain, split system and sunlight made the room very bright at night. Beds were good, check in with code was easy, construction next door, found screws in the parking lot. ”

“Heater worked well. 29 steps were difficult to navigate to the unit, particularly at night. Close to downtown and Biltmore Mansion. Enjoyed our stay. ”

“Lovely property! Beautiful views, great location, clean, spacious for 4 people. I’d stay here again! Communication was also good. ”

“The property had all items needed. You can only fill the tub half full before the hot water turns cold (hot water tank is not big enough). You cannot control your own heat/air, you have to contact property manager to control it for you. We enjoyed our time here and would rent again. ”

“I stayed at the Blue Door Home Base apartment for a month to attend a summer class at local WCU. The apartment was wonderful in every way. Great location, super clean & comfy. The property owner is extremely helpful and responsive & he's thought of everything you could possibly need. It's a great rental & I really enjoyed my stay!”
