"The people at the hotel were very kind to me. I wasn’t feeling well today and couldn’t leave my room on time and they were so understanding.. it’s a beautiful resort kind of modern and vintage at the same time. The grounds are lovely and we were able to walk to one of the pools from our room."

"The recliner smelled like dog, but the staff were able to clean it & return it 3 days later. I cleaned the filter and the grill on the hvac unit and reset the "Clean filter" setting. My wife cleaned up dog hair and dust behind & under the recliner. She also cleaned the top of the fridge. I bought a frying pan as the one in the kitchen was scratched up. We were very appreciative of having a full kitchen & larger room. The pool & hot tub were wonderful. We enjoyed 3 day hikes, Homestead Trail, Coachella Valley Preserve, & Tahquitz Canyon. We look forward to returning for future Winter vacations."
