“Property just as described! Clean and open with amazing views! The patio was awesome! Perfect for a quick visit to Salida. Location was great - could walk everywhere with ease! Right above a great restaurant with killer food and beer!! We will be back!!”

“The apartment was immaculate and so convenient to everything. The fact of it being on the 3rd floor was a bit hard for us old folks (lol) but it gave us extra exercise coming and going. I would definitely stay there again. It had everything you needed.”

“We had a great time at this VRBO- it was super close to Salida and about an hour outside of Cañon City which meant we had plenty to do! The decor was beautiful and very well maintained. I’d say the only drawback was that we had some difficulty sleeping with the unfamiliar sounds of the road nearby and the heater kicking on/off. The flood lights near the entrance were required to stay on at all times and the coverings on the door were sheer so light was still let into the space. Other than that……

The location was perfect for quickly getting around town, walking from the condo directly to Tenderfoot ("S") Mountain, and made it a perfect base camp for our week in Salida. Thanks again to the property owner and manager! I would not be surprised if we book this property again in the future.”

“We had a great stay. Excellent location for fishing Arkansas River and we did day trips to Monarch and San Dunes. Cabin is nicely located among some ranches/farms with good privacy and away from roads. Saw deer and elk from the cabin most days. Excellent place for a low-key reunion with friends. Great communication from owner and property management company.”
