“The hotel pictures are nothing like the hotel. The rooms are motel like, still have carpet which is gross. The bathrooms are the most basic, but with no descent air flow or air conditioning the pipes stink the whole room. Sleeping there in mid July was horrible! It was so hot and the fan the hotel provided was very old fan that didn’t cover one person. I am sorry, but will never stay in this hotel again. The only thing positive to say is that the morning staff at the breakfast was nice and……

“Das Hotel selbst, das Personal und das Frühstück sind hervorragend! Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Allerdings waren wir sehr enttäuscht über das gebuchte Zimmer (die Suite), da sie hier bei Expedia anders beschrieben wird. Die Suite ist mehr eine zweistöckige Wohnung mit 6 Betten (!) und einer Ausziehcouch, die Einrichtung doch recht alt. Die Badewanne war defekt, der hand gekritzelte Zettel in der Ecke mit einem alten Tesafilmstreifen, an dem ein dunkles Haar klebte, wurde bestimmt schon vor……

“Beautiful location, very clean room. Great view of the Moselle river and the surrounding spectacular landscape. Great dining and breakfast. Unfortunately we did not dine at the nicely set up white-linen Restaurant except breakfast. We were unaware (or did not read the fine prints) that we should have called ahead if we are arriving after 6 PM on the first night of check-in. We arrived late due to late start from Frankfurt. But the owners were kind enough to check us in. The only major draw back……
