Love the location sad not to have a hot tub this year

We have returned to this site for the second time as we enjoyed the location with short drive to lakeside and hillside. The space inside was great again, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Unfortunately we were very disappointed to not have a hot tub this year. Our booking listed hot tub as one of the facilities and we were expecting one. Something has gone me wrong at booking as we did the same as last year's booking and had a hot tub last time.

Few bits of wear and tear in this lodge but comfortable, lovely bedding and towels, spotless bathrooms but kitchen bin iffy and dishwasher didn’t work, more positives than negatives and will definitely return 👍

The property advertised and was paid for was not what we got. We booked a hot tub stay and Vrbo only paid for a standard lodge. I have and email from Hoseasons to say that the property was miss sold. Me and my family members, who all stay in different parts of the UK, were spilt up over 3 properties at completely different ends of the holiday park. We booked a lodge thay slept 8 because we wanted to stay together. My nephew came with his 6 month old baby, with no pram and was forced to carry the baby about the park. Because of the false booking we had to wait two hours at reception before we were allocated accommodation with kids and an infant. I will be waiting for Vrbo to reach out to me or I will be seeking a full refund though my bank for being misssold.

Family get away

This home was perfect for our family get away! It was clean and well equipped for us to spend our days out exploring but able to come back and prepare dinner. There was pizza and ice cream available on site as well. So comfortable.
