Oceanfront Condo
Our condo was just beautiful and clean.. we saw the space shuttle from our balcony.. we were right in the downtown where the boat races were. Now.. the building is old, leaking water, needs work…they are doing some work so you can’t sit on your balcony Mon-Fri 8-5. But we were only there Thursday-Monday. Overall… great mentee made Thank you!

Day getaway
Inside condo was clean and in good condition. But the outside area was undergoing renovation and work vehicles and equipment dominated the front parking lot. Also noise was a little annoying. We were lucky not to have workers working directly in the back of our unit which faced the ocean view. But we felt the owner should have discounted our stay or at least warned us about this at the time of booking.

Awesome!
Perfect location and beautiful view. Everything was provided that we would need for our two-week vacation. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or requests. My family and myself felt very comfortable and at home. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. We hope to get a reservation in the time slot we need in the future. I loved the condo!

Nice property
First time we used the August lock system. Before we got there we were a little concerned about how it would work. But it was fine. Nice to park car in garage. With a few updates this could be an over the top place. Bedding is getting old and could use a refresh. Some water damage in primary bedroom leaves one wondering why owners would not repair properly. Changing out some fixtures would also bring property up a notch or two. However it is spacious, has a fantastic view and close to restaurants. Over all nice place.

We weren't disappointed after booking so far in advance. Property was as advertised. Beautiful location so close to the beach. Had great views of the beach and actually got to see a SpaceX launch from the property. Condo was clean and spacious. This is a great location

Great beach condo
We absolutely loved staying at this condo on the beach. The location was perfect to walk to wherever we were going. The condo was clean and well maintained. Our favorite part was the balcony overlooking the beach. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the waves, the wide variety of birds and dolphins.

Cocoa Beach Condo
Property needs to be kept up/repaired. Locks are corroding and do not work properly. We did not use any small appliances due to their condition/age. The washer and dryer was excellent except the lint filter on the dryer had not been cleaned. Microwave is showing its age and inside is very stained. Kitchen cookware was rusty/old and need to be replaced. We ended up purchasing a fry pan and coffee pot to use during our stay. All of the artificial plants in the Condo were very dusty and there was areas in the walls/baseboards and ceiling that needed repair. The pictures displayed on website are older when the rooms were in better condition. Not as they are now. Items and spices/condiments left by previous tenants were not appealing and should have been discarded and/or replaced. Parking space was not organized and some of the beach tems available need to be discarded/replaced. It looked very messy and dirty. Best feature of this Condo was the location and the excellent view.

I am so sorry for you felt that way. We try to promote a very fun and clean environment to our guests. We never received any feedback, same as yours, from our guests since we bought this vacation rental beach condo for over 5 years. Many of our guests provided feedback and reviews online, hope other travelers can review what every our past guests have to say about our condo and myself as a host. I am sorry again for you felt a different way than others. I agree with you said that the building is older and needs some maintenance work, which is out of any homeowners' control. However, you live in our condo, and we believe we provided a clean, nice quality furnishing, and comfortable condo to our guests, just like everyone said in their reviews.

Nice condo
The condo was exactly as described & pictured. Great location. Comfortable. Nice to have a garage parking space. Lihua was great with communication & suggestions for food in the area. I wish I would've stayed longer than 2 nights. The building itself needs some updates. It just looks old & run down. I wasn't impressed with having to use an app to access the key. It never seemed to work the first time.

Location and a view!
This condo is walking location to all of the amazing restaurants in Cocoa Beach Village and you can't beat the ocean view! The owner is very easy to contact and super helpful. The condo has everything that you need!

Great stay overall
This was a very nice condo with all the conveniences of home. The property manager was great- we would definitely stay here again. Pros of our stay: * Clean condo * beachfront * spacious balcony for relaxing * convenient to restaurants, shopping, and recreation * access to beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, etc.) * condo had all the things we needed Cons: * There was a music festival in town for the weekend and they were set up a couple of buildings away- it was extremely loud. It wouldn't have been so bad if it were fun, island-type music, but we are talking heavy metal band-type music. Not fun for a relaxing, family vacation. Fortunately, it was over in a couple of days and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. * While our condo was very nice, the condo complex itself was in a state of disrepair. The complex left much to be desired. It was just rundown and dirty-looking overall. The outdoor pool was located on the road-sie of the complex. It was small, and no one used it the entire time. There were old, ugly shopping carts in the garage for guests to use for toting beach gear. I never saw anyone use them- we certainly didn't. * Parking was a bit tight for ourTundra. Fortunately, no one parked beside us in the marked spaces. Had there been another guest in the space next to us, I'm not sure we could have gotten our truck in there. * The beach was super crowded on the weekend (4-5 umbrellas deep) but lightened up a bit during the week.

Great Condo and great location
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and just like the pictures. Our host was very helpful before our stay giving us all the information we needed as well as helpful information about things to do in and around the area. We were steps from the beach and a little shops. We enjoyed our time here and will look to book again for future stays.

Fantastic getaway
This was our second time here. Fantastic place to relax and watch or play with the ocean. Everything is close by. Lihua very responsive and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

If you like constant loud music stay here
Unit itself was awesome but, what got to us was the constant everyday and some evenings LOUD music! WE had to keep the unit completely shut. Open the door and you get a constant blast. With all the bars just next door, outdoor also competing to see who could be the loudest!

We do not agree with this review comments. This building’s next door is the famous Cocoanut on the Beach bar and restaurant, that has live bands play music, for majority of families on their vacation, want a relaxing and enjoyable time, would be very much appreciated to have live bands pay misc to listen for free. However, if you do not like it, you can just close windows and door, you will not hear anything; but if you like it, that is a free benefit. You are on vacation, want to be relaxing and having fun; not at work, need to be quiet and no one around to be focus and work. Anyone if have a common sense, should read all of our past guests’ reviews to see what everyone have to say, to form their own opinions, do not influence by this only one person saying. I wounded, if everything no is not good as you said with our condo, why you ask me our condo’s availability for next year and asked me that you wanted to come back ? This is contradicted.

A wonderful location
We were more than pleased with every aspect. The location is ideal, with Publix, ABC, restaurants and convenience stores within a mile away. The property was clean and well appointed; the kitchen was so well equipped for us to cook every night..The area is quiet, the beach is beautiful and the balcony view is spectacular. Thanks for a wonderful stay

All n All really nice!
Beautiful view and amazing location!! I wasn't crazy about the door locking system 🤔 would have rather had regular keys instead of using our phones. The door itself jammed sometimes which made you feel like you needed three hands. We had to request the floors to be remoped, but our request was quickly granted. Beds slept good and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and small appliances. All the units large appliances were in good working order.

Relate to Virtual Key, Smart lock for unit's door, it is not meant that we do not trust anyone but for all of our guests' safety reason. We do not provide actual key to anyone, in case someone makes a copy of the key, and go back later when other family is there ... ... Virtual key use app to lock and unlock our unit's door. It only works during your reservation time; it will not work before you check in and after you checked out. We want our guests have a peace of mind for safety during their vacation, and enjoy their time. Thank you for you booked your family's vacation with us.

There was an issue with keys being the correct ones but it was straightened out quickly.
The condo was exactly as described. All of our needs were provided. It was completely stocked and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

Breathtaking View!
The check in process was easy and using an app to lock/unlock the door to the condo was great and easy to do. The unit is very clean and supplied everything you need for a nice vacation. The beach access was fantastic! The condo sits on the 3rd floor so the view was absolutely stunning! You can see cruise ships coming in as well as space launches. Also, we were able to keep a good eye on the kids from the balcony. The location is perfect. We were next door to great restaurants and walked around most of time, leaving the car parked in the garage (also very nice feature) Communication with the owner was perfect. The power went out due to hurricane Nicole, causing an issue with the air conditioning compressor (not the owners fault) and she was on it, making sure everything was up and running. The condo is very spacious and excellent for a family. The only issue we had was the batteries were missing from the TV remote in the second bedroom, which meant the kids couldn’t watch TV in their room and that was perfectly fine with me. The beach was so fun, they didn’t care about TV or their phones which was so awesome. Overall, I highly recommend this unit and we definitely would love to come back every year and make it a yearly tradition.

It was all about the view and beach access for us!
We loved having the view of the ocean from both the main living space and main bedroom. Easy, direct access to the beach and lots of great options for food and shopping close by. We fell in love with the Cocoa Beach area!

Lovely condo.
The condo was wonderful. Well appointed, nicely decorated, comfortable, really large. The reason it got four stars, and my only complaint, was the locks and keys for the doors and, especially, the gate to the beach. It was, to say the least, frustrating! It would probably keep me from coming back. A couple of times, we were afraid we were going to have to go to the public beach access and walk around. They need to be changed, desperately!!!

Great location, clean apartment
We really enjoyed out Stay, getting in was super easy with locking and unlocking from app. Apartment had everything you need. Including beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. We will definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed the inside of the condo (although some areas are still outdated coMpared to the main living area), but if this is your first time here, be prepared that the building itself is very old. I was disappointed at the pool. It wasn’t super clean (was green and needed a good sweep). I was disappointed on how you have to get into the condo unit itself because you must use your phone, which I didn’t want to take to the beach with me every time. Overall I was satisfied with the condo, and will be back.

Thank you for your feedback. We used the Virtual Key, August App, to lock and unlock the condo's door, just for our guests' safety. During each reservation, only that family has access to the condo, the Virtual Key will not work before and after your reservation check in and check out date and time, no one needs to worry about someone, for any reason, had chance to access the actual key and made copy, then came back when other family is in the unit. Our guests' safety is our top priority.

First- the location is perfect. Condo faces the beach directly. Restaurants and a great coffee shop are next door. Building is very run-down and common areas/elevators are frankly dirty and smelly Condos are better inside than the building We had a bathroom door broken but it was fixed promptly. There were some bad stains on the ceiling. Overall, decent condo at a great location

Relaxation with family and friends
We wanted the beach with a nice place to stay! The interior units are much nicer than the buildings exterior. This property afforded us everything that we needed. Had we been pool people, then properties pool would have been sub-par, but that was not what we cared about. The beach was beautiful and clean! The unit itself was very nice and comfortable. We had everything that we needed. An added bonus was that there were things left behind to use that you do not normally get with rental properties. You typically end up spending money on necessities that you never use all of during your short stays. There was soap, paper plates, coffee filters, and a nice aerie of toiletry products too. This was an added bonus, and saved us on unnecessary purchases. This condo is right downtown, and with teenagers it was great for them to walk around and get away from the adults and vice versa. The location is great, the unit was comfortable, the beach was amazing, and we would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this condo. It was a very cute place and very comfortable as well. With two little ones (ages 5 and 1) it was important to us to be able to get to the beach easily and to be in a quiet spot. We got both with this location! Would totally stay there again. On our way to Disney World
Just Book It!! We chose this Condo as a stop over while we were traveling to Disney World for our family vacation. While it was a little off our route to get to, after reading the reviews we decided to stay here. Great choice as it was very well worth it!! We wanted to be right on the beach so that our grandchildren could experience the ocean and beaches. Such a beautiful and clean Condo stocked with everything, even items for the beach! We felt extremely safe there too which is very important. We even loved the safety and convenience of the parking garage. We could only stay one night due to our schedule but we will definitely be back to stay longer! Lihua was amazing to work with. Response time was extremely quick and very helpful at all times!
