This was a very nice condo with all the conveniences of home. The property manager was great- we would definitely stay here again.
Pros of our stay:
* Clean condo
* beachfront
* spacious balcony for relaxing
* convenient to restaurants, shopping, and recreation
* access to beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, etc.)
* condo had all the things we needed
Cons:
* There was a music festival in town for the weekend and they were set up a couple of buildings away- it was extremely loud. It wouldn't have been so bad if it were fun, island-type music, but we are talking heavy metal band-type music. Not fun for a relaxing, family vacation. Fortunately, it was over in a couple of days and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation.
* While our condo was very nice, the condo complex itself was in a state of disrepair. The complex left much to be desired. It was just rundown and dirty-looking overall. The outdoor pool was located on the road-sie of the complex. It was small, and no one used it the entire time. There were old, ugly shopping carts in the garage for guests to use for toting beach gear. I never saw anyone use them- we certainly didn't.
* Parking was a bit tight for ourTundra. Fortunately, no one parked beside us in the marked spaces. Had there been another guest in the space next to us, I'm not sure we could have gotten our truck in there.
* The beach was super crowded on the weekend (4-5 umbrellas deep) but lightened up a bit during the week.
