Great pool... clean and updated inside

House was nicely decorated and clean. We were there for a Space Center visit and Cocoa Beach for 2 days. Walkable for breakfast diner/hotel as well as Ron Jon's. The pool was new and great to relax. Be sure to turn on the fountain jets (handle located at the pool equipment).

Great setting for team retreat

We booked this house because I wanted a place to get away from the office and spend some time building relationships and planning with my team. This house was very comfortable, very clean, and an excellent place to accomplish these goals. I was especially impressed with the beds. The beds were very comfortable and seemed new. The furniture was also new and well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was close to the beach, shopping, and the space center. The house came equipped with everything you could need for an extended stay like we had. The kids love the game room and the pool. The shower access outside was nice after a long day at the beach. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and easy to access. The host is easy to get a hold of and it's very receptive to any issues you may encounter. They make sure to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is everything you've hoped it was and more. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to Cocoa!
