Great location to shops, restaurants and the beach! Quiet neighborhood! Great communication and reminders. AC had a clinch and within 15 min., they had someone at the door and fixed. Wonderful place for a relaxing trip!

Great Property!

This Cocoa Beach Townhome was perfect for our long weekend. It was a short walk to the beach, and in a great location. The owner recommended some great eating places close to the property that we loved! It had great spaces to sit and visit, and the bedrooms were spacious. Perfect for a visit to the beach!

Family time

Made a trip to Florida to see my kiddo and grandkids. I always stay in a VRBO due to convenience and more of a home like atmosphere versus a hotel. This home was very clean, well kept and in a nice location. Quiet neighborhood. I love the fact that it is pet friendly, I had my grand dogs come over and spend the night with me, which was a lot of fun. Short car ride to the beach, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Was able to meet the owners, very, very nice and accommodating. Definitely a place I would stay at again.

The property was well equipped but lacked seating. Outside covered porch was dirty. Kitchen sink did not drain, and faucet would not stay in one place. Lack of communication with the rental company. No idea if we had to strip the beds, where to leave used towels and witch outside garbage cans was for this unit. Tiny bugs in the master bathroom shower and mold along the shower door. Floors were sandy and a little dirty.
