Who got to decide the design of the connecting room and the 0-sound-proofed wall must be a genius that loves to sleep with the noise and talking and laughing until 2 or 3 pm Except this everything is good. Great view great pool great location. If you don’t mind the noise, go.

Wir haben ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht. Und unser Sohn hat sich auf den Lazy River gefreut. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit Tür zur Straße. Also, wir konnten nur zur Straße lüften und alle konnten rein gucken. Der Kühlschrank alt. Genau wie das Badezimmer. Dieses war klein und leider auch Haare vom Vormieter. Der Lazy River war außer Betrieb. Wir beschwerten uns. Fragten ob das schlechteste Zimmer ein Deluxe Zimmer wäre. Ja, es hat ja eine Mikrowelle. Das Hotel war ausgebucht. Wir konnten nicht umziehen. Für 180 Euro die Nacht ein teures Vergnügen. Wir wollten eigentlich 3 Nächte bleiben. Als wir Expedia eingeschaltet haben, durften wir nach einer Nacht ausziehen. Wenn man dort bleiben möchte, nur eine Suite buchen. Wir werden nicht wieder dort buchen...

It wasn’t what I expected, it def looked better on the pictures. I felt like I was in a motel and I certainly didn’t like that the room was facing the street/parking. Felt a little unsafe and uncomfortable. But at the end of the day, we booked it just yo spend the night. My expectations were higher so that’s probably why I felt disappointed

Great location for families. The pool and play area were clean and perfect for our kids and although there were a few spring breakers we were far enough from the main party drag that it was still comfortable for a family.

I stayed at this property last year, it was amazing. My stay this year wasn't so great. The rooms were dirty, and one had a bug in the bed and they were at street level, (we are 2 women with young kids) we weren't offered new rooms, or housekeeping. We ended up all sharing one room. Some of the staff were rude and uncaring, too busy to explain the amenities or to pay attention to us. The woman that originally took my call couldn't be bothered to reserve the rooms and told us to book online with a 3rd party. The bartender was more concerned with the drinking customers than with our boys who wanted ice cream. And security was very unfriendly, (yes, security) we were at one point made to feel like criminals. We had a $40 credit from our 3rd party booking, but, when we used 14 of it, they kept the rest. The manager was nice, at the end, and apologized for ALL of the things that went wrong. However, she couldn't fix any of them. If only we had booked directly with them..... Breakfast was OK but there is very little seating. We enjoyed the ocean, it's about 2 blocks walk away thru a wooded walkway. In all, I paid allot of money for 2 rooms and only used one, for credit we couldn't use, boogie boards and chairs that were broken, and no where to sit for breakfast. Oh, I was offered 20% off IF i stay again.

We booked this stay expecting a charming, Florida-style boutique experience, but unfortunately, the reality did not match the $287/night price point. While the property has potential, the room we received felt neglected and significantly outdated. The Room: Our experience was marred by maintenance and cleanliness issues. The furniture was eroded, and almost every metal fixture in the bathroom showed signs of rust. Most concerning was the cleanliness; we found dark hair on the shower tiles upon arrival (my family is all light-haired), which suggests the bathroom wasn't properly detailed. Several elements felt stuck in the past, like a "phone flasher" and a built-in tissue dispenser that was left empty. Furthermore, the hand soap and body wash dispensers were broken, and the "2-in-1" soap concept feels quite outdated for a hotel at this tier. The Highlights: On a positive note, the outdoor areas are the saving grace of the property. The lazy river is fantastic, and the kids loved the bean bags, sand area, and provided toys. The evening animated movie was a very "cute" and thoughtful touch for families. Verdict: If you are coming solely for the pool and outdoor atmosphere, you’ll enjoy it. However, until the rooms undergo a significant refresh and housekeeping standards are raised, it's hard to justify the current nightly rate.

The property and rooms were very clean! The pool bar/grill drinks and food were delicious. Lazy river is so relaxing. Free daily breakfast buffet from 7-10 was great with many options! The beach is a 5 minute walk with all rentals available from chairs/umbrellas to surf boards and wagons! Within walking distance to everything from Ron Johns to restaurants and Starbucks and the grocery store! The gym you have to drive a mile to an affiliate but it’s nice and has everything!

Willie is super nice and gave us great dining recommendations! Lou was an absolute gem and so fun to talk to and her art work is fantastic she is so personable with every guest. The property is a instagramable vibe , the breakfast is delicious, even the snack shack had delicious options and made fresh. I will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends

PROS: - Wonderful pool area for relaxing on the water and large area for young kids to play. - Great sandy area for kids to play near the bar. - Fabulous views (for the suites) of the pool and ocean. - Friendly cleaning and bar staff. - Somewhat cheaper than nearby alternatives. - Amazingly close to the beach, free beach gear rental (umbrellas, chairs, boards, push-cart). CONS: - Dirty and unkempt property in need of repairs and maintenance. - No sound dampening between rooms, could hear detailed conversations between the unused room-sharing doors. - Front-desk staff were unfriendly and rude. The place was clearly understaffed. - Beds are old and uncomfortable. Pull-out beds are in desperate need of replacement. - Only clean rooms by request (but they won't tell you). - Free breakfast is typical cheap garbage seen at low-budget American hotels (we often skipped, thankfully Starbucks, IHOP, and Waffle House are nearby). Overall, we had a fabulous week at the hotel despite its issues. Great location and good amenities if you are willing to put up with a clearly dated building and beds that leave your back in pain.
