Great location. On the beach close to Kennedy space center and cruise terminals. Older building but updated interior. Beds were comfortable and kitchen head all the amenities needed.

Cruise getaway

We left on our cruise and needed a short stay before our cruise. This was close to our cruise in a convenient area. We’re a lot of stores. Restaurants was close the beach was close. We had a toddler with us so I felt a little uncomfortable with the quiet time hours, other than that the location was great.

Just what we wanted

The property was exactly as the pictures represented! Bedrooms were large and kitchen was stocked adequately! Easy walk to the beach and 3 minutes to the Pier! Easy 20 minute drive to the Space Center. The only negative I could find was that the pool was closed before 5:00 every night!

Best Stay

The location can not be beat, steps from the pool and beach, min walk to the pier, min drive to the shops and food. Place was immaculate and overstocked with items. It had beach chairs and toys and sooo many towels!! I could have packed way less had I known. Kitchen was well stocked as well. Beds were super comfortable and the tvs and games provided were just what we needed after long days in the sun. Parking is tight but manageable and not their fault. Just the way the property is set up. Had a blast and would book 100 times over again.

Very convenient attractive walk to beach. Property very clean but musty smelling. Venetian blinds had no cords to lower completely so we had to tape sheet up for privacy in two bedrooms and one of the slats was broken. Location very close to grocery. Kitchen not very well stocked.

Cocoa Beach

The property just needs a little TLC: the closet doors require some WD-40, and the leather couch needs to be replaced. Adding a washer and dryer would be highly beneficial. Moreover, a new drain system should be installed at the front to prevent flooding when it rains. On a positive note, the host was extremely professional and very prompt with communication. I’ll definitely stay here again.
