No Pets: This unit is not pet-friendly. If the pet policy is violated, a $300 fine will be charged.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Violations will result in a $250 fine.
Lost and Found: We are not responsible for items left behind. If you request a lost item to be shipped, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will apply.
Extended Stays: For reservations longer than 21 days, an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added after booking.
Late Check-Outs: Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 fee.
