    Direct Oceanfront Home with Pool just steps to the beach! Make those family memories in this four bedrooms/four-bathroom Direct Oceanfront Beach Home located in sunny Cocoa Beach. Beautiful, fully furnished kitchen, for preparing meals in or cook-out by the pool. Home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. Master Suite, Bunk Bedroom and Game Room with two full bathrooms upstairs. Enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic from your private master suite balcony. Truly a great place for making special memories to last a lifetime! NO PETS

This listing was everything we wanted. It was easy check in and communication was thorough. The house was so amazing I want to pick it up and move it to our personal property at home in Georgia. This was the best family vacation ever and we will be staying here again in the future.

Great ocean front home for a family vacation! The host has created a home away from home for a perfect holiday. The welcome cookies were a special and appreciated treat! Everyone in the family enjoyed the pool and game room. The beds were comfortable and the kids’s bedroom/game area provided both fun and privacy. The kitchen is well appointed and met our every need. Property owners are available and helpful, went over and above expectations to assist with a few travel “glitches” we encountered. Property is lovely ocean front and convenient to all Cocoa Beach activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Cocoa Beach VRBO! The house was clean, spacious, and perfectly located near the beach. Everything was as described, and the host was super responsive. Highly recommend for a great Florida getaway!

Beautiful Location

Greatly enjoyed staying at this property. The house was spacious and right on the beach. It is a public beach, but well maintained with beautiful white sand and clear blue water. Speaking of water, we loved that there was plenty of hot water for all 6 of us. Would stay again.

Better than the pictures!

This was the MOST well stocked, thoughtfully planned property we have ever rented. The location is amazing! The house is gorgeous and the communicaiton was quick and friendly. We will 100% be staying here again. Do not hesitate, just book this property!

The house was very clean and had lots of space. The location right on the beach was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The pool during our stay was ice cold because of the low temperatures and no sun on the pool. A little outdated furniture but that didn't hinder our stay but if replaced would make the house even better. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful family gathering - enjoyed the beach, the storms and just being together! It was perfect.My husband, their father passed away last December and this week end would have been our 62nd Anniversary and the kids all came in to be with me! It was very special!

We stayed at this beach house in Cocoa Beach for a long weekend and had a fantastic experience. The home was extremely clean, spacious, and clearly well taken care of, with great attention to detail throughout. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The beach access was private and super convenient, and the pool was a perfect bonus. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway—would definitely stay here again.
